We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for the UK market (M/F).
• You will be in contact, by mail and by phone, with our UK customers : architects, designers, decorators, contractors, retail shops - and with our UK sales team.
• You are the link between the customers, our warehouse and production, and the transport company.
• You inform the customers about terms of delivery, send them offers, process and ship their orders, follow-up on invoices and payments.
• After an internal training, you are able to reply to more technical questions (installation recommandations, maintenance advice, calculation of quantities needed...).
• You are also the back-office for our sales people on the road and make sure their follow-up is made in a fast and efficient way
• You are flexible, and are able to inform and serve customers with a very different profile and with very different demands and needs
• "Customer is king" for you, at all times, and you work and act accordingly
• You are able to work in team, and independently as well
• You are eager to learn, fast, efficient and stress resistant
• You are good at multi-tasking and time management
• A few years of experience in a similar job are an asset
• Office hours Monday-Thursday 10 am-18.30 pm and Friday 10 am-16.30 pm are convenient to you
• A perfect knowledge of english, spoken and written is a must, a good knowledge of dutch and french is an asset
